We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.
Xmox uses artificial intelligence models (including Google Gemini) to generate travel recommendations, itineraries, activity suggestions, and other content. You acknowledge and agree that:
⚠️ Always verify critical information — including visa requirements, health and vaccination requirements, entry restrictions, travel advisories, and accommodation bookings — through official government and service provider sources before traveling.
The AI travel agent may remember preferences and information shared across trips ("cross-trip memory"). You may clear your stored memory at any time through your account settings.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
The Xmox name, logo, platform design, and all related trademarks and service marks are the exclusive property of Xmox. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks or branding.
You retain ownership of original content you provide as input to the Service (such as your trip descriptions, preferences, and instructions). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the Service to you.
AI-generated content produced through your use of the Service (itineraries, activity suggestions, travel plans) may be used by you for personal purposes. We retain the right to use anonymized usage data to improve our AI models and services.
Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Xmox integrates with and relies on third-party services to deliver its features. These include, but are not limited to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Xmox AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amounts paid by you to Xmox in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Xmox and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
Either party may terminate your access to the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or that your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.
Upon termination: your right to use the Service ceases immediately; unused credits will be forfeited unless otherwise required by applicable law; and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-app notice.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
